Quality Matters

All staff receive mandatory training and are encouraged to undertake further training as required to enhance their work with residents. Staff are offered opportunities during the day and in different formats to achieve learning outcomes.

Staff are provided with various audit tools to monitor their performance/ practice against recognised standards and to ensure that their efforts remain resident-focused.

The Registered Manager utilizes a range of tools to check performance against recognised codes of practice, national minimum standards and local/national guidelines. We pride ourselves on the openness of our quality procedures for improving practice leading to enhanced resident care.

CNH’s audit tools allow us to prepare for external inspections by the regulating body – CQC and have enabled us to achieve full compliance at our last inspection during July 2018. CNH is dynamic in its approach and continually strives to improve its performance and build on previous successes.
